I'm a paragraph. I'm connected to your collection through a dataset. To update me, go to the Data Manager. The Data Manager is where you store data to use in your site pages, or collect data from site visitors when they submit a form. This collection in the Data Manager is already set up with some fields and content. To customize it with your own content, you can import a CSV file or simply edit the placeholder text. You can also add more fields which you can connect to other page elements so the content displays on your published site. Remember to sync the collection so your content is live! You can add as many new collections as you need to store or collect data. With Presets, we’ve handled the page set up for you, but you can create the exact same functionality in your other site pages. To connect page elements to data, the first step is to add a dataset to the page and choose the collection you want to use. From the dataset Settings panel, you can filter or sort the available items, decide how your users can interact with the page (read/write), and more. Next, select the element you want to connect to the data, and choose the field you want to connect it to. So simple! If you want to add even more capabilities, enable Developer Tools to use JavaScript and APIs to add custom interactions and functionality to your site. Khách hàng của chúng tôi là những tập đoàn, công ty hàng đầu hoạt động trong các lĩnh vựa trọng yếu của nền kinh tế bao gồm bất động sản, hàng tiêu dùng, tài nguyên, nông nghiệp, năng lượng. Với lượng khách hàng doanh nghiệp lớn và tăng nhanh, cùng với nhu cầu mở rộng đối tượng khách hàng cá nhân, hệ thống Quản lý quan hệ khách hàng hiện tại TCBS (vTiger) không thể đáp ứng được nhu cầu nhu cầu quản lý dữ liệu tập trung, hiệu suất và tích hợp. Quy trình bán hàng và chăm sóc khách hàng chưa được chuẩn hóa và áp dụng, mỗi phòng ban (Marketing, Sales và Chăm sóc khách hàng-CSKH) có cách vận hành khác nhau và đa số là thủ công nên việc kinh doanh đạt được hiệu quả thực sự, dữ liệu chưa được quản lý tập trung và thống nhất. Với kênh kết nối truyền thống chưa ghi nhận và tương tác được với khách hàng qua các kênh online (Facebook, TCBS website), nên số lượng giao dịch của khách hàng qua Chuyên viên Quan hệ khách hàng (RM-Relationship Manager) chiếm 80-90%. Với sự phát triển của công nghệ (Cách mạng 4.0) và kỉ nguyên tiếp thị kỹ thuật số, nhu cầu đồng bộ dữ liệu và tự động hóa quy trình, tích hợp với nhiều hệ thống là mục tiêu không thể thiếu của TCBS để tăng hiệu quả bán hàng và làm khách hàng hài lòng nhất. Và hệ thống Salesforce CRM là lựa chọn đúng đắn khi có thể giúp người dùng tương tác với khách hàng qua các kênh online và tích hợp với nhiều hệ thống: Core, Mailchimp, Live Chat, Facebook, SMS gateway, Core, TCBS website và Survey. Việc triển khai và đưa vào sử dụng hệ thống Salesforce CRM song song với việc chuẩn hóa Quy trình Bán hàng và Quy trình Chăm sóc khách hàng. Gimasys đã tư vấn cho TCBS về các quy trình tương lai, lấy nền tảng quy trình chuẩn của Salesforce, có chỉnh sửa để phù hợp với đặc thù của TCBS.
